4/17 SATURDAY, DOCM And PLYMOUTH OWNERS CLUB Mid Atlantic SPRING FLING CAR SHOW and LUNCHEON, 9:30AM-3PM: For Members of these two car clubs, Casa Mia’s Restaurant 17417 York Road, Parkton, MD.  SOLD OUT TO SHOW A VEHICLE.  OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FOR FREE TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLES.

5/1: Hennie’s 26th Annual Car Show for Meals On Wheels:  The DeSoto Owners Club of MD has been specially invited to participate in the car show, pot luck luncheon, and food charity drive in Greenville, SC.  RSVP ASAP to Yvonne.Jacobs43 or 864.360.1640. 

5/7-9: The New Doc's [Hudson] Meet, and Orphan Car Show, Winchester, VA. Owners of “orphan” (discontinued-make) antique cars are invited to attend the Orphan Car Show & Cruise-In on May 8, 2021 from 10 AM to 3 PM.  It will take place at the parking lot of the Hampton Inn Winchester North, 1204 Berryville Ave. in Winchester, Virginia (at intersection of Rte. 81 and Rte. 7, north side of Winchester).  The show is a casual get-together; no registration or entry fee is required.  It is within a short walking distance of several restaurants.  COVID-19 protocols will be respected:  hand washing, wearing masks, and social distancing. The Orphan Car Show is part of “The New Doc’s Meet”, a 3-day gathering of Hudson, Essex and Terraplane automobile enthusiasts which has taken place annually since 1964.  A flyer for the Show and “Doc’s Meet” is shown below.  Further information is available from Joe Wood, (703) 618-4772,

5/20-23: 30th Anniversary Cruisin' Ocean City MD: This nationally recognized event attracts more than 3,000 customs, hot rods, street machines, classics and more from over 20 states plus Canada.  Lots of car shows and vendors will be taking place at the Convention Center Parking Lot and the Inlet Parking Lot, plus several more car shows will be taking place at various business locations in and around Ocean City.  Special guest at Cruisin 2021 will be Larry Wilcox, best know for his role as Officer Jon Baker on "CHiPs".  Larry will be at the Beachside Inlet Friday, May 21st from 11am-4pm and at the OC Convention Center Saturday, May 22nd, 11am-4pm. Joining the fun will be David Newbern and Mike Cotten from the hit show "Faster with Finnegan." David and Mike will be at the Beachside Inlet for one day only, Saturday, May 22nd from 11am-4pm.  Make sure to stop by and say hi!

6/5 SATURDAY: 29th Orphan Car Tour: follow a 60-mile circuitous path from Burkittsville, Maryland to Bluemont, Virginia. Along the way, participants will have the opportunity to
stop and visit a private collection of 25 cars (1908-1970), an operating grist mill, the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, an antique auto repair and restoration shop, and several other places of
interest. Upon arrival at Bluemont, participants will partake in a buffet dinner. The Tour’s nickname this year is “A River Runs Through It", because of the route’s several river crossings.  SEE FLYER and REGISTER BY MAY 25th .
